Job Description: The Regional Vice President will be focused on sales, establishing accounts, and managing established accounts in a defined region with the United States. This individual will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining his or her own accounts by presenting Innovative Consulting Group’s professional services to key decision makers within a healthcare organization.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

          Selling Healthcare IT Consulting Services across a broad range of healthcare clients including: Information Technology, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Management, Ancillary Departments and Clinicians

         Drives Revenue Growth in all service lines

         Develop new leads in net new clients

         Spends minimum 50% of time developing new account opportunities for ICG

         Develops territory strategy and account plans based upon territory analysis

         Maintains and builds long-term customer relationships

         Maintains and builds long-term consultant relationships

         Participates in key trade shows and conferences as appropriate

         Remains current and conversational on healthcare and specific vendor practices

         Properly records activity in CRM

         Develops and maintains a detailed sales pipeline in CRM that translates in to a consistent revenue stream for ICG

         Continues education related to: products, problems facing organizations, market, and solutions

         Attends and participates in the national and local user meetings as planned with Senior Management

         Participates in trade organizations and local meetings

         Volunteers and participates in HIMSS local (state) and regional meetings and events

         Documentation of client contact in CRM for account history

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

         Bachelor’s degree

         Proven track record of obtaining and exceeding quota

         Strong presentation and personal skills

         Excellent cold calling skills

         Ability to manage and grow multiple clients independently

         Possess strong negotiation skills

         Superior relationship building and interpersonal skills

 

 

 

Compensation:

 

         Salary plus commission

         Medical and dental health insurance

 

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% of the time
