Meet Lauren Rightmire

Meet Lauren Rightmire

Lauren has been
in her role as a Recruiter for Innovative for 10 years.

Why is Innovative’s focus on healthcare important to you?

Our consultants and solutions have a direct impact on hospital efficiency, which ultimately impacts patient care.

Innovative is proud to offer next-level service. How do you demonstrate this?

My level of service starts by building relationships with our consultants, learning who they are and how they want to grow professionally. Then, I try to find the ideal projects that will not only translate into top-notch service for our clients, but also help the consultants build their professional resume for future engagements. I try my best to provide value to each consultant we work with so they come back to Innovative time and time again.

What has been the most unusual or “innovative” work skill you’ve acquired?

I’ve become very good at leveraging LinkedIn and other professional tools to locate top-level healthcare IT talent for our clients.

What is especially rewarding about your job?

My job is particularly rewarding when I can match the ideal candidate with our client’s project needs and then see a three-month engagement turn into a year-long contract because of this! This ensures a great outcome for everyone.

It’s also very rewarding being a part of the dynamic internal team at Innovative. We are growing and building as a company, and it’s exciting to not only be able to offer more services to our clients, but also new, exciting ways to engage our consultants.

What quote resonates with you and why?

There are SO many I love! But one would be, “A little kindness goes a long way.”

What is your favorite volunteer work?

I enjoy any volunteer work that impacts our immediate community.  Aidan’s Heart Foundation is one of my favorites, which raises awareness of sudden cardiac arrest. https://aidansheart.org/about

What do you most enjoy doing outside of work?

I really value quality time with my family and friends. My husband Taylor and I have been married for 26 years and we have three daughters (Regan, Ava and Drew) – and we have a new Mini Aussie puppy, Drake!
