Oracle Cloud Integration Job Details

Description/Experience/Qualifications
We are seeking a Consultant resource that has experience in the Oracle Cloud environment (e.g. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)) in developing integrations to/from Oracle Cloud HCM and on-premise systems/data repositories.

Required Candidate Abilities/Responsibilities

  • Ability to serve as both a systems analyst and developer on Oracle Cloud projects (Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Payroll Cloud)
  • Ability to design and develop integration solutions that support business needs/issues and ensure data quality.
  • Great Communication skills
  • Recognition of the importance in creating sufficient document changes to support development work and diligent about developing/maintaining this documentation.
  • Ensures quality through modular / well documented development practices, unit testing, and following proper change migration protocols.

Beneficial Candidate Abilities/Responsibilities

  • In addition to Oracle Cloud integration technologies, having knowledge of the PeopleSoft Development Toolset would be highly beneficial.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Cloud Payroll knowledge, not required, but would be a bonus.
  • Ability to engage with application owners outside of IT to confirm business rules/requirements which may need to be considered for specific integrations.

Oracle Learning Administrator Job Details
Description/Experience/Qualifications
The Learning Management System Administrator is a key role on the Learning & Leadership Development Team. The LMS Administrator has in-depth knowledge of the Learning Management System (LMS) configuration and capabilities and uses this knowledge to consult with course owners and instructors in setting up learning activities. The LMS Administrator provides day-to-day learner support for end users and manages a service request queue. The person in this role is expected to track trends and work collaboratively toward continuous improvement and innovation. Other responsibilities include report configuration, content uploading and testing, developing and maintaining guided learning content in the LMS, setting up and maintaining learning communities, and partnering with the Learning & Leadership Development team to ensure a positive learning experience for our audience by taking full advantage of system capabilities.

Job Duties

  • Owns the technical and functional administration of the day-to-day operation, maintenance, usage, and analysis of learning management system(s) and works the service requests and LMS issues sent to the team inbox or the issue management system.
  • Understand changes approved by the Oracle Cloud Control Board and make necessary configuration changes, as well as unit testing changes.
  • Partner with HRIS colleagues to ensure desired LMS configuration and security needs align with the agreed upon parameters within the Oracle Cloud suite.
  • Reviews quarterly release notes and communicates system configuration changes to leadership, course owners, and end-users.
  • Tests all software updates/enhancements to ensure continuity of the system and to prevent negative impact to end users and course owners.
  • Utilizes reporting systems to create a multitude of reports and dashboards creating meaningful insights into the leaning data.
  • Acts as an LMS consultant, providing best practice insight into all LMS functionality, including creating events, sessions, curricula, competency evaluations, learning communities, learning journeys, email notifications, custom reports, standard reports, and uploading content (e-learning modules, materials, videos).
  • Maintains the training catalog within the LMS.
  • Screens items submitted for LMS publication for their adherence to SCORM standards to ensure a valid system of record and effective learning experiences for clients.
  • Ensures training content is running properly at all times without interruption, quality degradation, and without experiencing any avoidable technical issues that could diminish the overall user experience.
  • Partners with the LMS vendor to promptly resolve any technical issues.
  • Identifies and reports on trends related to technical support issues and makes recommendations to resolve those issues.
  • Remains active in the Oracle Cloud Customer Connect to find solutions and best practices and to recommend enhancements to Oracle Learning Cloud.
  • Configures and maintains the yearly training schedule and all associated back-end tasks in the LMS to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Works with staff of all levels in a productive and constructive manner and maintains professional relationships.
  • Updates and improve one’s knowledge and skills pertaining to the LMS, learning technology and related fields.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience as an LMS Administrator or LMS Specialist
  • 3+ years demonstrated customer service experience
  • Experience using Oracle OTBI or other analytic tools like Tableau or SplashBI

Preferred

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience as an LMS Administrator
  • Experience working with Oracle Learning Cloud

  • High level Epic application and associated third party applications, knowledge and experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of infrastructure requirements (VMs, locally managed systems vs. enterprise deployment) and vendor management (manage to existing SOW, sunset of archived systems, etc.)

In the summer, its Lake Canandaigua in western New York, and in the winter we like Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
