In this newly formed role, Michelle will identify and engage with top-tier consulting candidates to maintain an active and qualified talent pool. She will maintain candidate records, resumes, and availability dates.

Michelle brings proven success in CRM optimization, leading multi-site teams, and supporting cross-functional goals to exceed business targets.
Michelle joins Innovative with 15 years of experience in customer engagement and account management. Michelle has worked as a client success manager for Cornerstone Automation Systems and has a Master of Public Administration from Long Island University. She is also bilingual, speaking Spanish and English.
